Driver Instructor Training

We are a company dedicated to quality. Our aim is to make available to you the experience, knowledge and skills gained from 40 years of working in the instructor and driver training industry – in Ireland and the UK – to anyone who wants to become an RSA Approved Driving Instructor. (RSA ADI)

From the 1 May 2009, all driving instructors giving instruction for money or money’s worth must have undergone and passed the three stage Road Safety Authority Approved Driving Instructor (RSA ADI) examinations.

The 3 stages are:

Theory test
Practical Driving Test
Test of Instructional Ability

There is a growing demand for specialised instructor training, as the majority of instructors want a formal and structured method in which they will offer an efficient and professional service.
With the introduction of the RSA Register of Instructors, it is more important than ever before to be properly trained and to possess the requisite knowledge, driving and instructional skills in order to pass the examinations and operate a professional and successful driving school.

Depending on the trainee, training courses can be tailor-made to suit the individual instructor.

The following is a brief synopsis of our course:

Instructor’s personal driving – advanced standard is required
Instructor characteristics
Instructional techniques
Fault assessment – diagnosis, analysis and remedial action

Our aim is to provide a quality ADI training service based on a thorough knowledge of the Road Safety Authority’s principles and standards.
It is important, if you wish to succeed without wasting money, time and unnecessary stress /worry, that you should be trained by a trainer with the knowledge, experience and background skills.
